TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Here at Valetex we are a fully insured mobile valeting/detailing company. We have policies in place to protect ourselves, business and customers.

Please take this time to read through our terms and conditions.

1.1 We are a mobile or workplace service   

(a) We require a safe and convenient electricity power source when providing a mobile service.

(b) Safe place to work (i.e. no main roads, flat surface) for insurance purposes.

(c) We are unable to carry out work in car parks.

(d) Full address is required at time of booking for confirmation of where the work will be carried out.

1.2 Premises

(a) We are able to provide a premises for bookings that have any of the above issues.

(b) Any issues must be stated at the time of booking or risk the loss of deposit.

2. Bookings and Deposits

(a) No booking is confirmed without the correct deposit AND confirmation of the above (1.1).

(b) Deposits vary depending on package, quotation or/and location.

(c) Deposits are paid directly to VALETEX via bank transfer.

(d) Invoices are available on request.

2.1 Maintenance Scheme

(a) To access our maintenance scheme you must have booked one of our three packages.

(b) Maintenance scheme requires you to book in a deep clean every 4-6 weeks to receive a 50% discount.

(c) Bookings made over 6 weeks from original package will not be eligible for the maintenance service and will require a new standard booking.

(d) If unexpected circumstances occur, we are happy to discuss your booking to ensure you are not unnecessarily removed from the scheme.

3. Cancellations

(a) We require a 48 hour notice period for all cancellations without risk of losing deposit.

(b) Rescheduling appointments is based on availability and requires 48 hours notice.

(c) Booking alterations can be made (i.e change of address, car) as long as this meets all other terms and conditions. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the same price in this circumstance.

(d) Valetex is not in control of acts of traffic, acts of God or acts of others.

(e) If Valetex has to cancel or amend your booking, we will ensure to do this at the soonest possible date.

(f) Cancellations made by Valetex are entitled to a refund of deposit if you do not wish to move your original booking.

4. Competitions

(a) Valetex reserves the right to withdraw any competitions run by ourselves at any given time.

(b) Competition winners must claim their prize with two months of it being drawn. Subject to availability.

(c) If claimed, winners must adhere to the same terms and conditions regarding cancellation.

(d) Failure to cancel within 48 hours or show up will result in you being withdrawn from the competition/prize.
